Short version: QuickGCal is a free tool provided as-is. Use it as intended, don't abuse it, and understand we can't guarantee it works perfectly forever — especially if Google changes their APIs.
Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using QuickGCal, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the extension.
The Service
QuickGCal is a free Chrome browser extension that provides quick access to Google Calendar from any browser tab. It is provided by Neural Work, operated by Quazi Marufur Rahman.
Use of the Extension
You may use QuickGCal for personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code for malicious purposes
- Use the extension to violate Google's Terms of Service
- Distribute modified versions of the extension outside the Chrome Web Store
Google Services
QuickGCal depends on Google Calendar APIs and Google OAuth. Your use of Google services through this extension is also governed by Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. We are not affiliated with Google.
Availability
QuickGCal is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the extension at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruption in service, including disruptions caused by Google API changes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
QuickGCal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with future browser or API versions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neural Work is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of QuickGCal, including loss of data or missed calendar events.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
